Here are highlighted the Amberley related pages of the SDNP draft Proposed Submission Local Plan which was reviewed by the SDNP Planning Committee on February 12th 2026. The regulation 18 consultation report (issued Feb 2026) is also referenced and then the regulation 19 consultation . This is a completely newly drafted South Downs Local Plan.

Of specific interest to Amberley is the reference to SDA35 - Land at East St Farm, Amberley. The published plan is a very large document.
